Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo has disclosed that Ghana's goal is to reach the final of the ongoing World Cup final in Qatar.
Ghana will play Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay at the group stage.
The four-time Africa Cup of Nations champions will open their World Cup campaign against Portugal on Thursday, 24th November at the 974 Stadium in Doha.
Ghana wrapped up their preparations for the tournament after defeating Switzerland 2-0 courtesy Mohammed Salisu and Antoine Semenyo strikes.
Ghana missed the 2018 World Cup in Russia after making three successive appearances since Germany 2006.
Ghana will be hoping to re-write history by making it to atleast the semi-finals of the World Cup, although they are in a difficult group.
Otto Addo insists that Ghana's goal is to reach the finals of the mundial in the Arab country.
"We want to go as far as possible. Our goal is to reach the final," he said in an interview with the Spanish outlet AS.
