According to exclusive reports, Egyptian giants Zamalek SC have identified Medeama SC left-back Abdul Fatawu Hamidu as one of their potential transfer targets and are willing to battle it out with any club for his signature heading into the new season.

Hamidu, made 19 appearances for Medeama SC in the league last season, scoring once and providing four assists.
His consistent outstanding performances has gotten him on the radar of the two most glamorous clubs in the Ghana; Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko who, per reports have requested for his service.
However, the latest update is that, Egyptian giants Zamalek SC have also joined the race by expressing strong interest and have already started negotiations with Medeama SC with an agreement yet to be reached between both parties.
The White Knights despite being the champions of the CAF Confederations Cup, haven't been no where near great in the league and currently fall out of top six and are hoping to strengthen their squad as they seek immediate hike in performance very soon.
