Ghanaian-bound Nico Williams is currently being tracked by several Premier League clubs including giants Liverpool and Manchester United, reports a top media outlet.
The 19 year old is gradually following the path of his Inaki, after starring for Athletic Bilbao B, scoring nine goals and twelve assists in the 2020/21 football season- an impressive stats which warranted him his senior debut against Real Valladolid in July 2021.
However, he continued to flourish in the just finished campaign and subsequently featured in most of their Laliga matches as a substitute.
According to an exclusive reports from Spanish tabloid, Fichajes.net, there are several English Premier League clubs that have shown interest in signing the young sensation in the just-opened transfer window.
However, their reportage states Liverpool are currently the front runners for the player's signature and will have to activate his release clause of £42million.
Nico Williams was just recently in Ghana for his holidays with his senior brother, Inaki and really had a good time, with Ghanaians hoping the latter will also switch nationality to play for Ghana.
