Enterprising German manager, Thomas Tuchel has strongly been linked to the Black Stars vacant coaching role, per exclusive reports in the local media.
Previous head coach, Otto Addo left his position following Ghana's group stage elimination at the 2022 FIFA World Cup- currently ongoing in Qatar and returned to his Talent Scout post at Borussia Dortmund.
However, the Ghana Football Association since then, are on a lookout in search for a suitable replacement to takeover before the next assignment.
The team's Technical Advisor, Chris Hughton and assistant, George Boateng have all been linked to the vacant position, so as Portuguese gaffer Paulo Bento who just left his role at South Korea.
And the big one is that, the Ghana FA per reports, have also started holding talks with the camp of Thomas Tuchel- whom they believe will be the perfect man for the job, reports Asempa FM in the capital, Accra.
The 49 year old is currently one of the best managers in the game and will be forever remembered following his stellar performance in the 2020/21 season, where he led somehow a depleted Chelsea FC side he had inherited in the middle of the season to win the Uefa Champions League.
Not only Ghana, the English FA also have the former Borussia Dortmund and PSG gaffer on their list as a possible successor for Gareth Southgate who is most likely to leave the Three Lions very soon.
