Former Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu in his recent interview, has disclosed his return to club football is very imminent.

The enterprising gaffer left club football late last year after being jettisoned by the 'Phobians' following a draw with eternal rivals Asante Kotoko in match-week 3 of the ongoing 2022/23 GPL campaign.

He won five trophies with the Rainbow club; the Ghana Premier League, two FA Cups, Super Cup and the President's Cup before taking the short leave.

Boadu was just recently included in the Black Stars 21 man technical team for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and was part of the members selected to monitor Ghana's opponents at the Mundial.

He's now been named the new head coach of the Ghana men U-20 side, Black Satellites and is yet to carry out any national assignment with the team since taking over.

On Original FM earlier, the ex- Medeama SC gaffer stated his return to club football is very close and urged Ghanaians to support and help promote our football.

“I will be back to club football very soon many good things are coming in this new year,” Samuel Boadu told Original FM

“We should all come together to support Ghana football to lift Ghana football higher."
