Former Black Stars midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has advised the Ghana Football Association to sign an agreement with the players before departing for the World Cup in Qatar.
Ghana's 2014 World Cup campaign was marred by monetary issues, before the government airlifted money to Brazil to resolve the issue after players boycotted training.
Ghana have qualified for the World Cup in Qatar after edging out sworn-rivals Nigeria.
Ghana will face Uruguay, South Korea and Portugal in the group stage of the mundial.
Agyemang Badu insists that the Ghana Football Association should sign an agreement with the players before the finale to curb any monetary disagreements at the global showpiece
"So communication is the key, sit down with the captains two months before the world cup and put it(appearance fee and bonus) in a document and everyone will agree," he said at the e-sports summit.
"After the 2014 hullaballoo we've not heard anything because things have changed," he stated.
Ghana will face Brazil and Nicaragua later this month, before wrapping up their pre-tournament friendlies with Switzerland in November.
