Sports minister, Hon. Nii Lante Vanderpuye, has tipped Liberty Professionals to win this year's MTN FA cup.
The Dansoman based club whipped GN Bank Division One League Zone two leaders, Elmina Sharks 3-0 on Saturday to make advance to the semis of the competition.
"For their [Liberty Professionals] stellar performance in the league and FA Cup, I tip them to win this year's MTN FA Cup" he told Asempa FM
The winner of the competition will get a prize money of Gh¢ 40,000 and Gh¢ 70,000 in addition for their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Scientific Soccer lads will battle out with Okwahu United in the next round.
