Former Black Stars assistant coach, Ibrahim Tanko believes Kudus Mohammed will give the technical team of Ghana a lot of options upfront at the World Cup.
Ghana will face Uruguay, South Korea and Portugal in the group stage of the mundial.
The Black Stars have scheduled two international friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua later this month.
Otto Addo has named Tariq Lamptey, Inaki Williams, Ransford-Yeboah, Stephan Ambrosius and Salisu Mohammed in the Black Stars squad.
Ajax midfielder cum striker, Kudus Mohammed is red hot after impressive performances in the UEFA Champions League and the Eredivisie.
He has scored five goals and set-up one assist in his last four outings.
Ibrahim Tanko believes that Kudus Mohammed will give Otto Addo a lot of options upfront.
"Kudus is a very talented player he can play most of the positions if you pair him with a holding midfielder, he can play as a number 8 or striking,” Tanko told Joy Sports.
"The technical team has a plan so let’s hope that all the boys will stay fit so the technical team will have options to select from. It’s one of the options the technical team can look at,” he added.
