Member of the Ghana Football Association, Mr. Kofi Manu, has stated that Tema Youth FC have automatically qualify for the Ghana Premier League.
The Harbour boys won their case against the Football governing body at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) over their protest case against Dreams FC for fielding an unqualified player.
"This ruling is not a mere one, If the GFA fails to do was the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) is expecting they will attract sanctions from the world governing body (FIFA)" he told Kumasi based radio station Sikka FM
"The ruling came late in order not to affect the league"
"Tema Youth now have automatic qualification to play in the top-flight next season"
