Former Ghanaian international, Sulley Muntari has eulogized Thomas Partey and believes if he steps up his performance in the national colours, the Black Stars will be massive going forward.
The 38 year old is currently in Qatar having a feel of the ongoing World Cup, and rallied behind the Black Stars tremendously but unfortunately got evicted from the competition after losing to Uruguay in their final group game.
He featured for the senior national team for 12 solid years and made over 80 appearances and also featured in the last three World Cups they country played before this edition including the very first in 2006.
He was seen in videos and pictures speaking to the current set of players before and after matches, having announced his retirement from the game just couple of days ago.
Speaking to 3Sports, the former Inter and AC Milan midfielder heaped praises on the intelligence of Thomas Partey on the pitch and added if he should offer 25% of his ability to the national team, the Black Stars will look very scary to opponents.
"Partey for me is excellent, he is superb and a world class player, you can't take that away from him," he told 3 Sports.
"He is so intelligent in midfield and he is very elegant. When he plays he is a joy to watch.
"With the national team, I sit up there and I always think, I see Partey plays and sometimes it's like I don't see him around the team like in the last two games. But if Partey switched for like 25% of his strength, his mind and his intelligence and the way he knows how to play, the Black Stars will be crazy massive," he landed
