Head coach of the Black Princesses of Ghana, Yussif Basigi has stated he is not under any pressure so as his girls as they prepare to take on Senegal in the final qualifying round of the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup.
The team landed in Dakar couple of days ago with 23 players, technical team members and other officials looking very poised for their seventh World Cup spot.
The team have held two training sessions in order to put themselves in a very good shape and have now relocated to Thiés, where the game will be held.
Speaking ahead of the game, the experienced tactician threw more light on the weather, also gave update on injuries and wrapped by exhibiting their readiness for the epic clash coming up.
"It's quiet cold in Dakar but we got here we realised it's different. Here it's warm and a bit cold in the evening.
"We have no any injury concerns, with the hard work of the medical staff, they have ensured that, all the players are in good shape. The enthusiasm is also very high, the girls are willing and much ready."
"There's no pressure at all because we know what it takes to qualify and when you have a good team, you don't have to put yourself under any pressure cos they understand the concept and importance of qualifying."
The game is slated 17:00GMT today at the Stade Lat Dior.
