The Black Satellites, Ghana's U20 team, have been placed in Group A of the 2023 WAFU Zone B U20 Boys Cup of Nations tournament, as determined by a draw conducted on April 17th at the WAFU Zone B headquarters in Abidjan.
Host nation Ivory Coast, Niger, and Burkina Faso are the other teams in the group that Ghana will be competing against.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) confirmed the groupings in a communique issued on the same day.
Meanwhile, Nigeria, Benin, and Togo make up Group B. The WAFU Zone B Boys championship, scheduled for July 7-21, 2023, will be held in Cote D'Ivoire.
