Division one powerhouse Gold Stars are dreaming of a Premier League promotion as GN Division one matches are ongoing.
The Golden boys are 8 points adrift of leaders Elmina Sharks as they keep a chase on the top spot, C.E.O of the club,Mr.Nana Adu is adamant his side can still take the lead and leave Sharks behind 'We are not under rating ourselves, we want to overtake them,we know its possible'
The administrator of the club however admitted that the club has exceeded expectations of results and is happy their target is still on course
'We have achieved our aim of exceeding the 25 points we set for these set of matches,our standard is very good and we will surely qualify' he said.
The Bibiani based side is confident about their squad in depth and is ready to gain promotion.
'For sure,we are one of the best,we have raised our standard and the players know they are playing for their future' He added.
The Golden boys are lying 2nd in their zone with 29 points in the GN Bank Division one league
