Newly-appointed Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton has assured Ghanaians of bringing a fighting spirit in the team and how they will play their hearts out to grind results.
The four time African champions will face Angola on Thursday, March 23, in match-day three of the 2023 AFCON qualifiers in Kumasi before they fly out to Luanda for the return encounter three days later.
Hughton and his men have been preparing for the game since last Monday but is now having a full house for their final training session which is currently happening at the match venue.
Ghana will need to get the better off Angola in the two fixtures to brighten their qualification chances as they are currently tied on the same points (4) each with Angola- whom they billed to face tomorrow.
The ex- Brighton gaffer says Ghanaians should expect a team that will hit grounds running in every game to secure positive results from now henceforth.
"We know as a team, and as the players, we have the responsibility to return this and the supporters must enjoy what they see. I can never guarantee the results but mostly they will see a team that is giving everything to get the result,” said Hughton at the pre-match presser.
The game is scheduled for 16:00GMT at the Baba Yara Stadium
