The thrilling GPL continues this Sunday with some tricky fixtures. The league which has gulped into its 17th week has churned out a lot of captivating events with some oblivious results.
Last but one placed Tamale City will welcome Medeama SC to the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale on Sunday.
The ‘Citizens’ are going into this game after a sweet victory over Kotoku Royals last weekend. Playing Medeama won’t be an easy game for them, although they’ll be playing at home.
This match is important for both sides since a slip by either will affect their position on the league log. Medeama will draft into the game with their last weekend sweep of Samartex serving as a morale booster.
Tamale City on the other hand will not like to embitter their teeming home fans with a calamitous result. Plus, a loss for them and victory for the Yellow and Mauves means they will sink further behind points in the danger zone.
