Hearts of Oak will cross swords with regional rivals Great Olympics in a crunchy 'Ga-Mantse' derby at the Ohene Gyan Stadium in GPL match-week 33 on Sunday evening.

This fixture has been epic for the past years and always live up to the height but will be much more entertaining and tougher this time for both teams- who are at the moment flirting around the relegation zone in the closing stage of the season.

With just two wins each from their last five matches, both Hearts and Olympics will approach this encounter with so much eagerness and desperation for nothing but all three points.

Hearts of Oak returned on winning ways with an important 2-0 win over Nations FC to enhance their survival chances, thanks to goals from Hamza Issah and Kassim Cisse.

The 'Phobians' after the win have now climbed up to the 13th position on the league standing with 41 points after 33 matches and a win in this game could earn them survival.

On the opposition end, Great Olympics after the vital 1-0 win against Asante Kotoko, got held by Dreams FC to a goalless draw in the midweek at home and will have to redeem themselves as quick as possible.

The 'Dade' outfit despite winning two of their last three matches are still having relegation staring at them as they currently sit 15th on the log with 40 points
