Asante Kotoko will return to Premier League action this Sunday afternoon as they welcome Dreams FC to the Baba Yara Stadium in what will be a very cagey Ghana Premier League match-week 31 clash

Both teams haven't really been consistent in terms of grinding positive results but are all looking highly motivated this time as they head in with a winning mindset to fulfill their separate ambitions

The Reds are now just three points away from the top-spot and a win in this fixture will enhance their league winning chances

MATCH PREVIEW

Asante Kotoko after a crucial win over Aduana Stars to return on winning path, got held by their eternal rivals Hearts of Oak to goalless draw in their last league fixture in a game they squandered so many chances that fell on their path

Fast-forward, the Porcupine Warriors last week book their spot in the FA Cup final with a vital 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea in Tarkwa, courtesy Albert Amoah's 82nd minute goal

The 'Kum Apem' lads are currently in fourth position on the league table and are very much aware of the mess a defeat in this game could cause

However, Dreams FC after a recent five-game winning streak got on a three-game winless run but redeemed themselves with an important 1-2 away win at Karela United in Nalerigu

The 'Still Believe' lads have had enough rest coming into the game having rested enough but earned themselves a 3-0 walkover over Nsoatreman FC - who have pulled out of the league

The Dawu-based outfit are ninth in the log at the moment and a win could rise them into the top six

TEAM NEWS

Both teams have no injury or suspension worries at their disposal ahead of the game

Coach Abdul Karim Zito will be coming against his former club where he spent so many years and will definitely wish to carry the day this time

Dreams FC have goalkeeper Gideos Aseako back from national assignment longside defender Kelvin Ahiable and attacker Aziz Musibau
