Heart of Lions return to action on Sunday afternoon when they host FC Samartex in the Premier League.
The 'Dzie Woa Nu' seems to have placed all their focus and attention on winning the league title and securing CAF Champions League football for next season.
Heart of Lions are just six points behind table toppers Bibiani Gold Stars in fourth and know that further slipping will not even be enough to qualify for Africa's premier club competition in 2025/26.

Samartex are still in the hunt for another African football of some description themselves but, it seems, that looks unlikely as they will have their work cut out to secure continental qualification.
The Timber Giants are in relatively encouraging form after four wins and a draw from their previous five outings, including their 2-0 win over Accra Lions after the internationals.

The three meetings between these sides have produced just five goals - one of which have come this season. The 'Dzie Woa Nu' secured a rare victory over the Timber Giants earlier this term in the league.
Having struggled on their travels early in the season, Samartex have turned the corner and have now won two, drew two and lost one of their last five away from home. They will be confident heading east but will be greeted by a raucous Kpando Stadium crowd still buzzing from their current explosive form.
Samartex will want to bring Heart of Lions back down to earth but would gladly accept a draw against their Volta adversaries.
