After a score-draw at halftime, Kamaradini Mamudu found the net in second successive game with a cool finish to restore Medeama's lead before Abdul Salam sealed the win in the 85th minute as it finished 3-1 in the end.
Medeama SC have moved to the fourth place with 47 points and will travel to Karela United next in Nalerigu.
Vision FC remain in 14th position 33 points and will definitely seek a victory when they host Young Apostles FC in the next round of matches.
