Hearts of Oak and Dreams FC have played out a pulsating goalless draw at the University of Ghana Stadium to kick start match-day 19 of the Ghana Premier League.

In as early as ten minutes in the game game, Dreams FC wasted their corner kick opportunity and it resulted into a big opportunity for Hussein Mohammed who made a great run and but failed to go past goalkeeper Osman Rahman in one on one situation.

Both teams kept on taking it at each other resulting into an even exchange but still there was no goal produced as it finished goalless at half-time.

The homesters bounced back stronger and made an incursion in just four minutes from recess after John Antwi put Razak Salifu through with a good ball but the latter his strike kept out hugely by Benjamin Asare.

The major talking point definitely came through in the 52nd minute when Dreams FC scored what looked like a very clean goal after Razak curled brilliantly into the bottom right corner of the post but was ruled out for an offside by the assistant line two in a very surprising fashion.

Hearts of Oak after the draw have moved to third on the league log with 32 points and will travel to Eleven Wonders next.

Dreams FC are also occupying the eighth position with 24 points and will play Young Apostles next at home.
