Hearts of Oak missed the opportunity to end their recent winless run after being held to a 0-0 draw by Dreams FC at the University of Ghana Stadium in match-week five of the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians started the season with two consecutive victories but have struggled to maintain that momentum, with Saturday’s stalemate extending their run without a win to three matches.
The encounter featured attacking spells from both teams, with Hearts and Dreams all creating series of moments in an open contest. However, neither side managed to convert their opportunities into goals.
Much of the attention was on John Antwi, who had enjoyed an explosive start to his Hearts career after scoring twice in his first league appearance. The forward faced his former club but was unable to produce the breakthrough his side needed.
The Still Believe side remain without a win after five matches, having suffered three defeats and recorded two draws, and continue to occupy the bottom of the table and will travel next to Karela United.
Hearts of Oak, however, return to the University of Ghana Stadium to host Port City FC as they attempt to get their campaign back on track.
