Asante Kotoko youth team trainer, Abdul Gazale, insists that Nana Yaw Amponsah is visionary and urges club administrators in the country to learn from him.
The Porcupine Warriors is the current Ghana Premier league champions after winning the league with sixty-seven points.
The 'Kum Apem' lads have initiated plans to set-up a junior team and sent trainer, Abdul Gazale, to train in Southampton Football club, England.
Abdul Gazale has confirmed that they will be starting the justify to scout young talents to the junior team next week.
"Nana Yaw Amponsah is a guy who thinks ahead because what I have learnt over there [Southampton FC] it was very important," he told Kessben TV.
"I think it's important CEO's of clubs in Ghana start thinking about that [ youth development]," he concluded.
