The exciting attacking midfielder has sealed a move to the Blue and Red lads for an undisclosed fee.

Ghanaian midfielder Hagan Frimpong has officially joined Greek second-tier outfit GS Ilioupolis from Accra Lions FC after a fruitful negotiations.

 
The 20-year-old, who was part of Ghana's U23 team, signed a three-year contract with the Ilioupoli Municipal Stadium outfit after passing a mandatory medical test earlier today.
 
The club's official statement reads “Accra Lions Football Club can confirm the departure of midfielder Hagan Frimpong to Greek second-tier side GS Ilioupolis. 
 
Frimpong managed to score four goals in 41 matches for Accra Lions in the Ghana Premier League since their promotion from the Division One League in 2021.
 
He is member of the current Black Meteors team under coach Ibrahim Tanko.
