Prosper Narteh Ogum has lauded and challenged his forward, Albert Amoah to hang-on-to his form after watching Kotoko draw 1-1 with Basake Holy Stars.
A Prince Tweneboah's 82nd minute goal salvaged a point from Sunday's clash for the hosts after Albert Amoah had fired the Porcupines upfront early (35th minute) in the first half.
Amoah looked an abundance of inspiration in a flat Holy Stars attack for much of the game, and Ogum insists his marksman have a lot more to offer the team if they are to sustain their title charge.
“I think he’s done well but then if you look at his energy and game intelligence, I think there’s a lot that he can offer this team so I want to congratulate him and then urge him on to continue doing what he is doing and improve upon it," said in his post-match interview.
Asante Kotoko are still second on the log with 15 points, and will travel to Accra and face Legon Cities in an outstanding game on Wednesday at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
