Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has called on his players to maintain their focus and determination as they prepare for Week 5 of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League.
With four matches under their belt, the coach is pleased with the team's performance but insists they need to keep their intensity high for the upcoming encounter against Accra Lions.
Following a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Nsoatreman FC in midweek, Coach Ogum also encouraged the club’s fans to continue supporting the squad, emphasizing the importance of the team’s focus as the season progresses.
“The boys are doing well. We need to encourage them and then make sure that we keep the determination, the intensity, and our sense of focus. I will say the boys are doing well,” Ogum said.
Asante Kotoko will aim to preserve their unbeaten run when they host Accra Lions this weekend. A victory could see the Porcupine Warriors rise to the top of the Ghana Premier League standings.
