Management of Asante Kotoko have granted Seydou Zerbo a two-week off-duty after losing his son Zerbo Faical Mamadou on Tuesday evening in Burkina Faso.
According to the club, the 59-year-old will head to his native country, Burkina Faso from the Kotoka International Airport this evening
10-year-old Mamadou lost his life due to complications after a heart surgery.
Coach Zerbo will miss the Porcupine Warriors' trip to Samatex FC later this month.
Assistant coach Orlando Wellington will be in charge in the absence of the head coach
