Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko are prepared to offer winger Evans Osei Wusu a three-year contract, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm, as the Porcupine Warriors move to strengthen their squad ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.

Osei Wusu, who previously featured for Tema Youth FC, is currently a free agent following his departure from FC Samartex earlier this year. The 25-year-old enjoyed a productive 2024/25 campaign, scoring seven goals in 24 appearances for the Timber Giants.

Over two seasons with Samartex, Osei Wusu registered 15 goals in 47 matches, establishing himself as one of the club’s most consistent attacking threats.

Asante Kotoko have not publicly confirmed their interest, but Kickgh.com sources say officials are optimistic about completing the signing in the coming days, pending final negotiations and a medical assessment.
