Asante Kotoko will be missing their key player, Richmond Lamptey, in tonight's Ghana Premier League clash against Gold Stars.
The league giants will take on Gold Stars in matchweek 19 at the Baba Yara Stadium. Lamptey's absence comes as a result of accumulating yellow cards, with his booking in the recent defeat to Heart of Lions ruling him out of tonight's game.
Lamptey had previously received yellow cards in matches against Legon Cities and Nations FC earlier in the season, leading to his suspension for this crucial encounter.
In addition to Lamptey, Asante Kotoko will also be without Isaac Oppong, who sustained an injury in the game against Heart of Lions, and Nicholas Mensah, who was sent off during the same match.
