Asante Kotoko have agreed personal terms with Great Olympics attacker Albert Amoah, according to reports, and are now drilling out the tactics of a potential transfer in the coming days.
The Porcupine Warriors sealed their fifth signing in the off-season on Wednesday as centre-back Joseph Ablorh's acquisition was confirmed following the successful completion of his medical examination in Accra.
However, there's an appetite to strengthen coach Prosper Narteh Ogum's squad with a forward from Great Olympics, having purchased Emmanuel Antwi from the capital based side.
Kickgh.com understands that Kotoko have already agreed personal terms with Albert Amoah, with negotiations now ongoing with Great Olympics over the structure of a deal.
Kotoko has proposed a three-year deal for the highly-rated goal monger that will keep him at their fold until summer 2027.
In the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League campaign, Amoah scored five goals in 16 appearances for Great Olympics despite the club suffering relegation.
