Head coach of Bechem United Kobina Amissah says his team is ready to go all out for victory against Young Apostles in this weekend’s Ghana Premier League match.
The Bechem boss said the players are motivated and eager to respond after losing to Young Apostles in the first round the season.
Speaking in a pre-match interview, Amissah said his side has stepped up preparation and is determined to get a positive result at home.
“This week, we increased the intensity of training, and the players have shown very good signs,” Amissah told Bechem United TV.
“The last time we played Young Apostles, they beat us 3–2, so it’s time for us to go at them back.”
He added that Bechem deserved more from the first meeting and must now make home advantage count.
“That particular match we played well and we deserved to win. But they beat us, so if we are playing them at home, we also need to take all three points,” he said.
The Week 22 fixture between Bechem United and Young Apostles will be played on Sunday, February 15, with kick-off slated for 3:00 pm at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Stadium.
