Ghana Premier League side Bibiani Gold Stars have added another coaching brainiac Godwin Ablordey to their backroom staff as an assistant coach.

The 49-year-old stepped down as assistant coach of Kumasi-based King Faisal after being relegated from the topflight, but has now joined Michael Oseis side.

The former Ghanaian international, a respected midfield kingpin during his heydays, is a close friend of Michael Osei whom he played with at Asante Kotoko and now joins his backroom staff at Gold Stars, where he'll be bringing expert coaching skills to the fold of the club.

The Gye Nyame lads will kickstart their 2023-24 Ghana Premier League season with a visit to Golden City Park to neck-it-down with Berekum Chelsea.
