Bibiani Gold Stars of the Ghana Premier League are in advanced discussions to bring on board Samuel Boadu as their new head coach.
This move comes after the departure of their former head coach, Michael Osei, who was requested to step down due to a string of disappointing results.
Currently led by assistant coach Godwin Ablordey, the team managed to secure a point against Bechem United in their recent matchday 12 fixture at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.
Reports from local media indicate ongoing negotiations with Samuel Boadu to assume the role of head coach for the remainder of the season.
Boadu, who previously guided Asante Kotoko, has most recently been associated with Kumasi Cornerstone since departing from Hearts of Oak two seasons ago.
His successful tenure at Hearts of Oak included clinching five trophies during his two-year stint with the Phobian Club.
