Asante Kotoko has reportedly reached personal terms with Bibiani GoldStars’ top scorer, Prince Owusu Kwabena over a potential transfer.
The 26-year-old striker is set to join the Kumasi-based club for the upcoming season, following his decision not to extend his contract with the Miners.
With nine goals and two assists in 29 appearances last season, Kwabena’s arrival is expected to provide a significant boost to Asante Kotoko’s attacking prowess.
This signing is part of Asante Kotoko’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the team ahead of the new campaign.
Asante Kotoko had a disappointing campaign, finishing sixth in the league and failing to win any major trophies. The club has now begun a major squad overhaul, releasing 18 players from their roster
