Shortly after their 1-0 home defeat by Aduana Stars on Wednesday, a visibly disappointed Coach Kasim Mingle says he takes responsibility for the defeat.
He said despite some costly blunders which practically gave their opponents the victory, any attempt to single out any player for the defeat would not be prudent at his stage.
“In Ghana, the coach is always blamed for defeat, so I have to take the responsibility," he said
The experienced trainer conceded that his team could not afford to make such mistakes in subsequent games.
“We were expecting the players to play better than what they did last week, unfortunately, they did not come to the party” he lamented.
Aduana Stars stormed Abrankese for the Match-Week 20 clash, having won three and drawn one in their last four matches.However, Nations FC succumbed to the Fire boys within 71 minutes in the second half as Emmanuel Marfo handed the Ogya their second away defeat which surged them to the 11th position with 28 points on the league ladder.
