Hearts of Oak board member, Alhaji Braimah Akambi says bloggers are the sole reason why he's stopped speaking to the media as he insists that they distort his words.
Hearts of Oak are competing in the GHALCA Top 6 although, the junior side featured in their first game.
Hearts of Oak are gearing up to their CAF Confederations Cup and domestic campaign as they continue their pre-season in Accra.
Hearts of Oak will face either AS Bamako or AS Douanes in the second round of play-offs in the Confederations Cup.
The Accra-based outfit signed twelve players in the just ended transfer window including Konadu Yiadom, Eric Esso, Eric Ofori Antwi, Junior Kaaba and others.
Alhaji Akambi says bloggers are they reason why he's stayed away from the media and he insists that they twist his words when he speaks.
“Instead of reporting the facts, the bloggers write and twist some of the words we say in order for the fans to insult us. They should be extra cautious in order for some of us to gain the confidence to speak on the air. We are afraid of speaking on the air because bloggers will distort what we say," he said on Skyy Power FM.
