The Phobians have bolstered their attacking options with the acquisition of the former Asokwa Deportivo center-forward on a contract until the summer of 2027.

Ghanaian powerhouse Accra Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of Nations FC striker Asamoah Boateng Afriyie in the ongoing transfer window, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.

The 26-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with Rainbow club after passing a mandatory medical examination in Accra on Monday.

Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara recommended his acquisition to the club after his explosive performances at Nations FC in the just-concluded season. They have decided to revamp their squad after a disappointing season where the team finished in 14th place on the league log.

Kickgh.com understands that Boateng Afriyie will be unveiled along with other new players who will be signing their respective contracts with Hearts of Oak in the coming days.

The Capital-based club has already signed Nations FC defender Michael Mensah Awuah on a four-year contract to strengthen their backline for the next season's campaign.

Asamoah Boateng Afriyie had an incredible campaign with Nations FC after netting 11 goals in 29 league appearances. He joined Nations FC on a free transfer after leaving Legon Cities FC in 2022.
