The 28 year old has been one of the best strikers on the local scene and his consistency level has been outstanding, with no blemishes.
He contributed 16 goals in the league only in the recently ended 2021/22 season, having netted 14 and provided 2 assists.
Kickgh.com can exclusively reveal that, the lethal forward, Bright Adjei has been handed a late call up to join the home-based national team who are currently preparing for their game against Nigeria in the final round of qualifiers.
The Black Galaxies will be travelling to Cape Coast to wrap up their preparations towards the epic clash coming up.
The Black Galaxies defeated Benin to set-up a final round of qualifiers against their sworn rivals.
The Black Galaxies lost to Qatar in an international friendly last Tuesday in Austria.
Ghana will be hoping to qualify for the CHAN for the first time since 2014, after missing out from 2016, 2018 and 2020 editions.
The first leg of the showdown between Ghana and Nigeria will come off on Sunday, August 28, and the return fixture on September 3, 2022 in Nigeria.
