Real Tamale United (RTU) head coach, Shaibu Tanko, has stepped down from his role at the club.
Real Tamale United finished fifteenth with forty-one points, escaping relegation on the final day, last season.
The former Hearts of Oak gaffer, Tanko, has decided against extending his deal with the club after signing one year contract ahead of last season.
According to Kickgh.com sources, the club tried to convince the gaffer to extend his deal, but wasn't ready to continue at the Tamale-based side.
He led RTU back into the GPL, after winning the Division One Zone One league for 2020/21 season.
RTU are yet to begin their preseason ahead of the upcoming season.
