Asante Kotoko have officially announced the return of former Communications Director David Obeng Nyarko, who has been appointed the club’s Brand and Partnerships Manager.
The Porcupine Warriors confirmed the appointment in an official statement, welcoming Nyarko back to the club after speculation over his return in recent weeks.
“Akwaaba, David Obeng Nyarko! Welcome back to the Asante Kotoko family! We are delighted to have you rejoin the club as the Brand and Partnerships Manager,” the club announced.
Nyarko previously served as the club’s Public Relations Officer and Communications Director, where he played a key role in strengthening Kotoko’s media presence and engagement with supporters.
His return forms part of the club’s efforts to enhance its commercial operations and brand visibility ahead of the 2026/27 season.
As Brand and Partnerships Manager, Nyarko is expected to lead initiatives aimed at growing the club’s commercial portfolio, securing strategic partnerships and strengthening the Asante Kotoko brand both locally and internationally.
