Dickson Afoakwa has shared a heartfelt message of gratitude as he concludes his chapter with Asante Kotoko.
On Wednesday, August 16, the Porcupine Warriors officially announced the departure of both Mohammed Alhassan, who recently joined from Hearts of Oak, and Dickson Afoakwa, a signing from the tenure of Prosper Narteh Ogum as head coach. The roster adjustments also involve Charles Owusu and Samuel Boateng.
Notably, Afoakwa, a valuable member of the Kotoko squad that secured the Ghana Premier League title in the 2021/22 season, has chosen social media to express his farewell sentiments to the club.
"Finding the right words for this is difficult. I simply want to extend my heartfelt gratitude. I am immensely proud to have been part of this incredible journey that we shared over the past 2 years, through the highs and lows. These memories will forever hold a special place in my heart. Thank you. Fabulous," he shared on Twitter.
