Dream FC have completed the loan signing of Hearts of Oak forward Amankwah Baafi in a deal widely reported to be a good one.
The 21-year-old winger had been linked with most of the Ghana Premier League new entrants after a not-way-too impressive 2023-24 season, having been deemed surplus to requirement at Hearts of Oak.
Baafi have featured in just seven times for the Phobians this season, with no goals under his sleeves after 18 rounds of matches.
In a statement on their official social handles, Dreams FC wrote: "We’re delighted to announce the signing of Amankwah Baafi on loan from Hearts of Oak until the end of the season."
Baafi has become one of many new arrivals for Dreams FC in a typically busy transfer window under coach Abdul Karim Zito.
The Still Believe dropped into the 15th spot by just a whisker from the bottom three following their 1-1 draw to Samartex in matchday 18 at the Nsenkyire Stadium over the weekend.
Dreams FC will host Basake Holy Stars on Sunday February 2, at the Tuba Astro Turf in a matchday 19 fixture of the Premier League.
