Coming from continental duties where they bowed out of the CAF Confederation Cup, Dreams FC will resume their hunt for glory in the Ghana Premiership when they travel to Bofoakwa Tano on Sunday at Sunyani Coronation Park.
On Thursday Dreams FC stunned Soccer Intellectuals 1-0 in the quarter-finals of the MTN FA Cup, bagging a spot in the semi-finals.
With only two days to prepare for the top flight fixture, head coach, Karim Zito stated that time to process their CAFCC exit was limited as they had to quickly shift their focus back to the domestic league.
"Because if I tell you how these boys went through with Africa traveling Wednesday, Sunday it is too tedious so if you don't manage it well we may not get what we needed. So I think we are going to do that exactly and make sure that we maintain ourselves,” he stated.
Currently languishing in the relegation zone, with eight more games to conclude the season, the defending FA Cup champions only need to win a good chunk of their matches, which is what according to Zito, 'The Still Believes' are focusing on.
Zito further stated that the intention heading to the Bofoakwa game, is to collect maximum points and make their teeming fans happy again, after the Sunday heartbreak.
"We are going there to do our best to win or draw we have four matches I have calculated it the way the league is going now we have to win about three matches and then elevate ourselves to a better position," concluded Zito.
