The former Asokwa Deportivo defender managed to feature in 28 league appearances with incredible displays for Great Olympics in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
Sekyere's exceptional performances for Great Olympics have caught the attention of the management and technical handlers of Asante Kotoko, who see him as a valuable addition to their squad.
His solid defensive skills and ability to read the game make him a coveted player for the team and also strengthen the backline of the team, making him a direct replacement for Sheriff Mohammed, who was released by Asante Kotoko earlier this week.
