Former West African Football Academy star, Daniel Agbloe Lomotey has completed his move to Ghana Premier League newbies Young Apostles FC ahead of the 2024/25 season. 

The 25-year-old joins on the final day of the transfer window, reports GPL transfer expert Shaban Mohammed, with official club announcement very imminent.

The former Black Satellites forward has gained lots of experience and exposure in the local game having started at WAFA and his outstanding output subsequently earned him a move to Algerian side ES Setif in 2021.

He returned to Medeama SC prior to the start of last season and currently has ten goal-involvements in over thirty matches in the Ghanaian topflight.

Lomotey's capture signifies how the Wenchi-based club are looking forward to strengthening their squad and establishing themselves as a mainstay in the main championship. 

Young Apostles FC recently tested their readiness in the Division One Super Cup where they recorded two wins and two draws out of the four matches honoured.

The Blue and Yellows will kickstart their season with a visit to Nsoatreman FC on September 6, 2024.
