Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Richard Baidoo has completed a move to GPL newbies Samartex FC with official unveiling imminent, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm
The 24 year old is leaving the 'Phobians' mainly due to lack of playing time as he looks set to seek for a new challenge elsewhere.
Baidoo, who was promoted from Auroras in 2018 has found the competition very tight at the club following the availability of experienced goalkeepers like Richmond Ayi, Richard Attah and newly-signed Eric Ofori Antwi
He will be returning to Samarboi but on a permanent switch this time having performed tremendously well in his loan spell with them during the truncated 2019/20 season which was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Samartex FC have already signed Ebenezer Acquah, Ibrahim Larry Sumaila and Emmanuel Keyekeh and are hoping to establish a redoubtable side for their debut GPL season which is set to commence next month.
