Ghana Football Association General Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo Esq., says Asante Kotoko will get Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana cedis for winning the Ghana Premier League.
Asante Kotoko have won the league even though there's two games left to end the season.
Last season's Ghana Premier league title winners, Hearts of Oak, were given two hundred and fifty thousand cedis.
They were reports that the prize money have been increased to fifty seven thousand, five hundred cedis.
Prosper Addo says Asante Kotoko will get two hundred and fifty thousand cedis and debunks reports that the prize money has been increased for now.
"What I know for now is that, Kotoko will earn 250000 GH for winning this year's GPL," he told Akoma FM.
"I have to cross-check and see if it has been increased to 575000 GH," he added.
