Goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi has revealed he is on the verge of completing a move to Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak, confirming that a verbal agreement is already in place.
The former dreams fc shot-stopper is expected to join the Phobians ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season, as the club looks to strengthen its squad.
“We have agreed a deal verbally and I will finalize my move to Hearts of Oak soon,” Agbasi told journalist Shaban Mohammed in an interview.
The 24-year-old, who sat out the entire 2024/25 campaign through injury, is expected to challenge Black Stars goalkeeper Benjamin Asare for the starting role at Hearts of Oak once the move is completed.
Hearts, who are currently rebuilding under newly appointed head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, have yet to formally confirm the signing.
