Hearts of Oak’s performances at home have been questioned following an inconsistent run of results at the Accra Sports Stadium in the ongoing 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The Phobians have managed just one win in five home games, drawing three and losing one, a record that has left sections of their supporters concerned about the team’s ability to dominate on their own turf.

Their home campaign began with a goalless draw against Hohoe United, followed by a narrow 1–0 victory over Eleven Wonders. However, subsequent draws with Heart of Lions (0–0) and Bibiani Gold Stars (2–2), coupled with the weekend’s 1–0 defeat to rivals Asante Kotoko, have stalled their early-season spark.

In total, Hearts have scored three goals and conceded three at home, a statistic that highlights both their defensive solidity and struggles in attack.

Despite the inconsistent results, club officials remain confident that the team will turn things around. Communications Director Kwame Opare Addo urged fans to keep faith, saying:

“We know our home results haven’t been as strong as expected, but the players are working hard. The season is long, and we believe things will improve.”

Hearts will be hoping to reignite their form when they return to home action on the last day of this month against Vision FC, with the aim of climbing back up the league table.
