Ghana Premier League side Accra Great Olympics have appointed Bismark Kobby Mensah as their new head coach for the 2022/23 season's campaign.
Kobby Mensah has been named as replacement for Yaw Preko whose contract with the Capital based club was abrogated after five months.
Preko was sacked by the management of Great Olympics following the club's poor performance in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
Great Olympics have concluded negotiations with the former Karela United coach to become their new gaffer until the end of the 2022/23 season.
Kobby Mensah signed a one-and-half year contract with Great Olympics with a clause of a one-year contract extension based on performance.
Kobby Mensah has been unattached after resigning from his role at Karela United ahead of the 2022 CHAN tournament in Algeria.
He was the assistant coach of the Black Galaxies team that failed to qualify for the semis of the just-ended CHAN tournament.
Great Olympics currently occupies 10th position on the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League log with 23 points after seventeen games.
