Oluboi Commodore, who's the general manager of Great Olympics says the club had a blurring season due to the delay in making swift technical changes.

Oly Dade endured one of their worst challenging seasons in the Ghanaian top flight which made them to relieve Yaw Preko off his duties as their head coach.

Preko was shown the exit in February after taking over from Annor Walker. Bismark Kobi-Mensah was appointed to take charge of the Dade mashie dugout but the club's performance remained unchanged as they were nearly kicked out of the premiership.

However, Commodore has quickly chipped-in to defend his side's poor run of results in the just ended league.

“We kept too long in doing a change in the technical team. At the end of the first round, we were so down, so I think we delayed in making changes to the technical team but many people don’t want to say," said Commodore.

Great Olympics finished the 2022-23 Ghana league campaign in 14th, accruing an appaling 45 points.
